This year I planned a wedding insead of trained for the Wasatch Back.
Bad idea.
I should have trained more.
Oh well, we still had WAY too much fun, got no sleep, and commited to another year.
I also had a cute husband who woke up early to come eat breakfast, wait in the HOT sun, and support me as I crossed the finish line.

As I was looking at my new name I realized (and told B) that they sound like a genetic disorder. "ALH has been affecting my life for years..." you know something like that. Well I googled it (google usually cures all my curious thoughts) and low and behold it is a medical condition.
