The Many Adventures of You & Me

HOW SWEET IT IS TO BE LOVED BY

Here are the highlights from Josh and I's trip to the Big Easy for the BEST game of the year!!!

We arrived around 6:00 on the 1st and took a taxi downtown to meet my friend Kade and his friend Bryce. After walking around town we ended up at Bubba Gump's for dinner. This sign was across the street at Hard Rock's. (I wish we had eaten there because I would have felt a lot safer)

The next morning (after not much sleep) We went to meet the marketing staff at the team hotel. We took a bus to the Superdome and got access to the field....How cool is that? While we were there the half time show was practicing.

After a nice HOT walk back to the hotel we helped out at the tailgate and then got in FREE.... There were about 2,000 people there....only a few people dressed to the extreme though.... gotta love our fans! A nice stroll back to the Superdome for some fun and games on the plaza.....

A lot of cheering, yelling, standing, clapping, screaming, Bama fans (there were SO many of them), and excitment later we arrived at this.... No rushing the field though too many cops on horses. Even though we had to stay in our seats it was still a cool sight! Josh and I went with Kade and Bryce to get some pizza (at 12:30 in the morning) and got back to our hotel a few hours later. We had to get up kind of early the next morning to catch our slightly delayed flight home. It was all worth it!
