21 days a month for 12 months.
I have heard it takes 21 days to makes something a habit.
Well, I would like to put that to the test for the next year.
I started this on August 1, that day I turned 25!
For the first 21 days of each month I will test out something new.
What? I am not quite sure.
A new something....
So here it goes.
Hopefully in a year I will be an imporved person with 12 new habits.
